this is a quick, random post i had to get off my chest as the thought flickered through my mind....i could be wrong....

.....at 2:05 we notice chris brown's hands tied....notice during the next chorus, he has a certain desperate, even slightly sad (?) look on his face. when i first saw the video, i was wondering why he looked kind of tortured during a video for a song that's supposed to be every man's fantasy-- sexy girls willing to film their sexual escapades....but i noticed as i watched it another 300 times (hey lol i like the damn song) that something seemed off about it. chris brown seemed very distanced from the words he was singing, and his dance movements were very....suspect.

then by the time i noticed he was tied up, it made me go hmmm....is he supposed to be the one being tied and filmed for some sex ritual or abuse? rapes don't go just one way....

but maybe my mind is going to the wrong place, reading too deep into this. maybe he just a freak. we saw the pics with rihanna's panties on his face. who can say?

is there a deeper implication here, however? is there some predicitive programming/desensitising? is the general public being slowly but surely indoctrinated to being numbed to the reality of sexual abuse. now in every common couple's bedroom there will be a proclivity towards more and more aggressive sexual acts that mimic actual sexual tortures a la MK Ultra.

the price of fame....this is something that's been rolling around in my head that i wanted to go ahead and type out. this is just a quick post in the midst of an intense course of schoolwork and other personal duties. i'm trying to wrap up that alejandro post, the beyonce as Oshun pt. 2, and other posts...bear with me.

is it worth it?

a theory that makes sense to me is that alot of these so-called illuminati pawn celebs are merely "playing the game"...to what end? some may "play the game" simply for the material gain and the "love" and adoration hat may replace their formerly depressing lives i.e. poverty, obvious abuse/trauma if MK is involved, and, sadly, even if not officially MK'ed as there is so much physical and sexual abuse in even "normal, everyday" people's homes....many of these celeb, we know, have had their life stories doctored up for them, and it's hard to tell the real from the fake (i.e. was jay-z really the sad, poor, negro who sold drugs to put food on the table? many suggest he is a "pussy ass nigga" who never sold a lollipop, has familial connections to the actual Rockerfellers, and never sweated a day in his life because he sold out quickly or was already being primed to be "in the circle")....nevertheless, whether their stories are false or true, one may admit that anyone, having had a decent life or not, would appreciate an opportunity to have more financial stability and get to use any given talent they may possess.

I get a lot of Madonna from this video and song. A LOT. :)

Initially, I wanted to slap the first two commentors for their naive interpretation and scream at them: "that don't even make sense! that's just that candied madness she would like yo' slow-ass to believe!"

BUT, I ad to recall in my previous post that each interpretation is potentially just as valid and true. However, The intention of Lady Gaga, or rather, those in control of her (image), is much darker. My initial, unresearched interpretation is thus:

Gaga appears as Puppet Master, in that she, too, is a Puppet of a larger force, but, as a Puppet, put in control of MORE Puppets (i.e. the gay Nazis)....this is symbolic of the entire music/media industry: these "stars"/celebs are themselves puppets (hell, even Obama), but are put in [mind] control of the masses, smaller puppets. Gaga is showing how she exerts her control over her "fans" and even non-fans and makes all of them/us her "little monsters"...She herself has called her fans monsters before and we all know her first album re-done was the "Fame Monster", which could be interpreted as Fame itself is a monster, which it is, or that the famous become the monsters for their fame; or, further, that the fans, her little monsters are her monsters created in their addiction to her fame.

It's like this (but you'd have to read the Manifesto of Little Mons†ers to grasp the concept a little bit better): the truth of Lady Gaga fans is this. They are Kings and Queens who write the history of the Kingdom, while Gaga is something of a devoted Jester.
I'm going to give a valid example. Think of it like this, Gaga is a Mons†er. Her fans carry with them (in a sense) a part of her; therefore, we are called Little Mons†ers. It's kind of like Jesus with his 12 disciples. Christians are followers of Christ, and Little Mons†ers are followers of Gaga (Mons†er).

This "Fame Monster" album has been the launch of two of her most disturbing MK sex-slave indicative videos to date: Bad Romance and Alejandro.

Of course, one may think "Oh Gaga's just showing that she's the new Madonna"..and, one must laugh because it's true- she is the "new Madonna", the new Sacred Mother-Whore: she is mother to her "little monsters" and sets the stage for the new pop starlets who will rise after her, just as Madonna, the singer was her precursor and "mother" to others like Xtina Aguilera (I purposely included her Xtina alter ego spelling), Britney Spears, and Gwen Stefani. The Madonna is also, in her Black state, regarded as Mary Magdalene, the Sacred Whore (as well as, for vodouisants, Erzulie Dantor, the fierce warrior-woman fiery Petro lwa, "dark" double to the watery, cool Rada Erzulie Freda, lwa of love and luxury)

I also found this imagery to be indicative of religious/ritual sex abuse, an inversion (kind of) of the well-known Catholic sex scandal; instead of a male priest raping little boys, we have this nun/Mother [Mary] raping these emasculated men; I could further interpret this o alude o the arge-scale rape and castration Catholicism/Christianity has done to the collective Western male and female psyche; making us ashamed of our sexuality, making us feel inherently sinful and corrupt from birth, making us sexually repressed-- and my motto is; repression breeds excess, wherein the Puritan society we live in DARES to feign outrage at Erykah Badu's video, but something far more disturbing like the Alejandro video is praised as ART! The hypocrisy that Catholicism/Christianity has spawned in our collective hearts and minds makes uws ashamed of what's natural, hiding in al kinds of closets-- not just for homosexual behavior-- and, like a rushing river against a dam, what is held back can only end up exploding, hence, the explicit and just WRONG videos we see all over day-time television these days in front of the little children rushing home from [non]school. When we must hide our sexuality, the dark closet it is shut into starts to corrupt and spoil it, like a plate of food left under the bed that we find has molded over and rotted; so when we've been made ashamed of our natural beautiful power, it corrupts into perversion, hence the high rate of pedophilia, rape, molestation, and pornography addictions in the West.

I realize I mentioned in a comment on Yeshua's post here that I was seeking to proceed in finding positivity in what the media offers now, instead of perpetuating the obvious negativity the powers that be have saturated it with. HOWEVER, there was nothing in the Alejandro video that looked remtely positive. For all of those misguided 'fans' who believe the video to be so "revolutionary" and empowering to provide 'social commentary" on sexual repression, homophobia, etc. etc. think about this; did Gaga or anyone in the video look empowered? Did they look happy? Did they look proud of who they were/are? Did they look satisfied with themselves? The video had a profound effect on me because Gaga looked so tortured and possessed throughout the entire video. In fact, there is a part in the "Bad Romance" video that literally brought me to chiled tears because it triggered something so shamed in mself; there is a SHORT (obviously meant to impact the subconscious brain, as it definitely did to mine) blink-and-you-miss-it frame of Gaga looking as if she is being tied up and raped from behind violently, singing/screaming and crying. Skip to the 4:39-4:41 part...(for me, I think it's impact is more felt if you watch at least from 3:35 on)

In fact, to be sure it wasn't just me, I asked TWO MALE friends of mine, one straight and one gay, to watch the video. I did NOT ask them to specifically pay attention to that particular part of the video, I just let them watch it all the way through. I made no reaction myself when that part passed, and they BOTH said it looked like she was being raped, before I even offered my opinion.

Back to Alejandro....

Throughout the video, Gaga looks alternately high, vacant, reluctant, possessed, frenzied, dead/dying, primal, soul-less....She never looks in control of her own faculties, she never looks happy or powerful, she looks displaced, dissociative, and controlled masochistic-- like the little child who is abused and takes his rage out wringing kittens' necks (i did not intend the kitten programming innuendo in that sentence; i just thought about it after I finished typing it)...Hmph. Doesn't look so revolutionary to me.

As painted by Ligon, the raw language and syntax of the joke contribute to a broader sense of impropriety. For starters, the joke was meant to be heard rather than read, listened to rather than looked at. Its humor flows in part from the cadence and logic of Pryor's delivery. Reconstituted as a text painting, the joke is distanced, though not entirely dissociated, from Pryor's voice. It is now the viewer who must mouth these words, whether silently or aloud, and thereby speak the rage barely veiled beneath their humor. The visual form of Cocaine (Pimps)—the tiny flecks of orange paint jumping off the letters, the force of the work's (off-)color—changes and recharges its language. A raunchy joke from an old Pryor album becomes, in Ligon's hands, an intricately painted surface of stencils, strokes, and smudges, a microworld of colored incident and inscription. Jay-Z, in 2006, did a "freestyle" on Hot 97 which was actually five verses-- three of which were part of an unreleased song called "Most Kings", a tribute to Basquiat. The last two verses were supposed to have been on some mixtape. The second verse of this Hot 97 Freestyle ended up being the verse he did for Coldplay's song "Lost"...Interesting that the song/freestyle/whatever alluded to Michael Jackson's murder 3 years before it occurred. It is a prophecy because he speaks of MJ in the same lines as other dead/murdered/"suicided" artists who were ritually taken out. Since MJ was still alive when the freestyle was spit, by putting him in the context of other posthumous artists could only be a retrospectively poignant and/or creepy glimpse of MJ's future-- and his own, as he allegedly considers himself the King of Pop now, as "husband" to Beyonce, Queen of Pop.

I'll be trying my best to do some more posting in this new year. Even if they are just quick links or videos I find interesting. It's full time to take care of a new baby and as much as I see new things every day and want to write about them, by the time I get a second to do so, I give up and hope someone else will pick up on it for me. But I will stop giving up and try to get what's on my mind and the things I see out more often.

I was (pleasantly) surprised to note the mention of The Morrigan (and, yeshua, your mention of the mother/maiden/crone concept-- the original "holy trinity" of pagan goddess worship) in this video, as a few years ago when I was beginning my alternate spiritual journey and exploring various pagan paths, I was very drawn to The Morrigan and inspired by what she represented. Moving on from her, I found strength and inspiration in the Kali goddess/archetype which was similar...moving on further, I finally found Oya, who at the time was deemed to have been my head orisha. [UPDATE: 2/17/11 it is officially not Oya, by the way]

...but back to Gaga. I was discussing with a friend of mine the meaning of the Baphomet/Horned God hand sign and he INSISTED the hand sign was tribute to the Texas Longhorns football team. We seriously debated this for an hour or so and came to the agreement that people project what they want into symbols and it is the intent behind them that matters. So if I throw up the Horned God hand sign intending to pay homage to the Longhorns, that's what it is for me. If i throw it up to acknowledge Satan, that's what it is for me. If I draw a heart with squiggly lines and say it's a valentine (or Janet Jackson's velvet Rope Tour symbol), that's it. If I say it is a veve for Erzulie Freda, that's it as well. If I draw a cross and invoke the name of Jesus, that's the power that it will have. If I draw a cross and proclaim it as a mark of the union of two worlds-- the spiritual and material planes, that's the power.

Symbols are funny things. I find that symbols mean what we see them as. Just like art. Our experiences paint our perceptions. BUT just because one does not know an alternate meaning for the same symbol, does NOT make that alternate symbolic meaning invalid. Just because yopu don't know something, doesn't make it true. This is what I keep trying to tell people. Just because you don't know certain elite worship Lucifer and manipulate symbols in the media and use rituals and psychic energy to charge these symbols with negativity, doesn't mean it's not true. Just because, for example, you know Jesus as your personal Messiah and Savior, doesn't mean it's not JUST AS TRUE for someone else that he is a Prophet.

Truth IS. It is everything we can ever conceive of. I feel that there is no fiction or fantasy in the world-- everything we have ever imagined HAS AND DOES EXIST. Down to unicorns and jinn, demons and aliens...I believe God or whatever Universal Sustaining Self-Creating and Infinitite Force you name, has given us all that is. Whatever our mind can imagine is true because why would we be able to even conceive of anything if it wasn't possible? So...back to something Toure greatly helped me realize (more than he may be aware of), Beyonce can be a dirty Mk Ultra sex slave, she can be a hypocritical "Christian" poppin her coochie for Jesus, or she can be a Divine vessel for the orisha Oshun or help us all realize our Sacred Sexuality. They are all EQUALLY TRUE because someone has made it so. Everything is multi-faceted, even our concepts of "good and evil"...

which reminds me...who is "The Devil" when we say "The Devil is a liar!!"...who is the Devil at the Crossroads those bluesmen sold their souls to to play their guitars? Is this the "Devil" Jay-Z an' dem sold their souls to? Eshu-Elegbara? Papa Legba? The Divine Trickster? Pan? Hermes? Mercury?

So how does this relate to the idea of the Divine Enforcer? You can only move so far away from this idea before Nature itself, and human beings who are in the process of becoming conscious, create counter - balancing forces to guide you back to center. Esu has the function of Divine Enforcer. You can all say, "What about this tragedy, and what about that tragedy?" That is a difficult question to come to terms with objectively. But as an aspect of faith, in Ifá there is the belief that within the bigger picture, Divine Justice is at work. This is based on the belief that it is possible to get along, that it is possible to relate.

The symbolic analogy that Ifá uses is "Ifá Olokun o saro dayo," meaning "The
Spirit of the Ocean always provides for those who live in the sea." Every fish that lives in the ocean has a home and food to eat. So they have it figured out in the ocean, we just haven't figured it out yet on land. That's probably because they've had more time in the ocean to work on it. The idea of Esu as the Divine Enforcer is that the ground rules for figuring it out are in place. When we get too far away from that, things occur that bring the truth back to us.

This is all related to Chaos theory. Western science has a discipline called Chaos theory which postulates the idea that things which seem to be symmetrical in the universe have a range of variation when viewed at a distance. Things which appear random have a degree of symmetry when viewed at a distance. So the issues of justice and randomness are issues of perspective. If you get the big picture, the pieces start to fall in place. So Esu as the Divine Enforcer is what we invoke to get the big picture. You can do things on the short term that feel effective, righteous and ethical that can have long term negative effects.

You can do things that seem negative in the moment and end up having positive results. It is Esu that we invoke to get a clue where we are in that polarity.

for a while now, I've been likening the new Rihanna in my head to the Brazilian entity Pomba-Gira which is the female aspect, or consort, of Exu-- Exu being the trickster diety (see: Eleggua in Santeria/Lucumi/Yoruba, Legba in Vodoun, Loki in Norse, Hermes in Greek, etc) more often likened to the Christian Devil, the Kabbalist/Freemasonic/Illuminat Lucifer, or, somewhere between the two, at least respected as the Satan of the Biblical Book of Job that tempts Job with God's permission to test his faith and aid in his spiritual growth.

From my understanding, aside from Exu (capital "E"), everyone according to Brazilian belief has an individual exu and pomba-gira that walks with them, like a "muerto" for the spiritist Santeros...these exus and pombagiras (lower-case) are the spirits of those who did bad in life, gangsters gamblers and prostitutes usually, who are boung to walk the earth in death and, having no morals, grant petitioners' wishes with exchange of sacrifice and perhaps candle-light and prayers to help them ascend to heaven if they wish, like the Nkisi of Palo....

Now, I find this quote interesting:

I came to name Her as the Beloved and Lover united as One;  

e) She had to have gone to the Underworld, because I have always been fascinated by descent stories. The Descent, however, should have been by her own choice, not as a kidnapping or abduction by whatever means; [Rihanna seems to have come of her will, unaware of what truly was to come that she is now trapped in....all the qualities above fit Rihanna and/or the Image of her shown in paparazzi pics, videos, songs, etc.]

Now, you may wonder why I’ve linked Rihanna to Inanna still, after reading the above. You may say…yes, King Solomon, the wise, who is a highly revered figure for the freemasons, known to them as a great sorcerer—the greatest—and whose legendary (possibly false) temple (not to God; bible history tells he built temples to Astoreth—Inanna—and certainly Baal/Lucifer) is what they are setting to rebuild at al-aqsa….could this temple be what they are standing in throughout the video? The hall of worship of Inanna?

Since I first hear the song, long before the video came out, I was anxious to see how Rihanna’s career would turn after this re-emergence from the descent (the chris brown beating) underground (aka away from the light of day, the surface, the media/paparazzi as she hid out undoubtably for more programming at that house Diddy rented to them, supposedly to “reconcile”) to be the main feature on Jay’s first single from his anticipated end of the Blueprint trilogy and first independent album on his own label. When I first hear the song, all I heard was Rihanna. I said to myself “he did this for Rihanna—this is a ‘present’ for her, to bring her back out shining”….Clearly it was to me a celebration of Rihanna, Rihanna who had undoubtedly proven her ultimate loyalty sometime when she was away rolling around with Diddy and Jay and Kanye.

Perhaps the beating and what happened behind the scenes afterwards was her final test to see how far she would go for this. By the looks of it, very far. Rihanna, then, like Inanna, was stripped bare and suffered humiliation in the hall of death (aka hades aka hell aka lord of hell traditionally viewed as satan/Lucifer aka “god” [to them at least] aka God MC aka Jay Z) and his consort, the former Queen [Bee], Ereshkigal….notice how after Rihanna proved herself initially, she blew up despite COMPLETE lack of any kind of singing or dancing ability and ECLIPSED Beyonce. Many, fans and haters of both women alike, have admitted Rihanna gave Beyonce a run for her money and to this day, Beyonce is much less popular for some reason than Rihanna. I personally believe Bey is due for a sacrifice—either her own blood to sacrifice or, worse still, perhaps she herself is to die or suffer some debilitating trauma—either to bring herself back on top, further advance Jigga, or to give Rihanna or someone else her spot. He basically says “I’m in Mason” to make people say “huh did he really say that?” as “I’m a Freemason” but he then continues by saying “ugh, Martin Margiela“. The little pause after he says those words accentuate the effect.

This is my all time favorite performance of Erykah's. She is a child of Oshun, meaning Oshun is the orisha that rules her head, whom she shares attributes with, and whose mysteries she would learn if she were crowned/initiated....She seems to really channel the Oshun energy here, even a couple of times seeming to have Oshun descend upon her (watch for her holding her head and semi-grimacing: that ain't just a headache)

Here, this song seems to me to describe a woman without boundaries, the Sacred Harlot. personally, I feel the Destiny's Child "Fulfilled" album/tour days and the B'Day album/tour era was the last time Beyonce was REAL. I feel she was much more human, warmer, still fake and ruthless and brainwashed but you could definietely see and feel more emanating from her, especially in her live performances. Nowadays it seems she's further descended into Luciferian realms and is totally soul-less and truly robotic as she continuously reminds us in her videos. But in B'day, I really felt Oshun's energy coming through, the African force whereas nowadays Beyonce seems much more dead and dry and a more "white" caricature of herself.

Notice during this medley, she endters dressed in all white, like a true santera or even an initiate. She ascends the pyramidal platform amidst the African drums as the Queen Bee she is (or Queen of the Bees, Oshun) with her followers/devotees. The song's choreography is indicative of a sexual ritual/orgy and you can see the Spirit feeding off of the increasingly hot energy from the dancers, beyonce herself, and the fans. You can see her getting "more into it" or "more Sasha coming out"...I always equated Sasha with Oshun anyway, before she gave it a last name and manufactured and caricatured it to where it is a soul-less mime of grotesque sexualkity now where it was before, during these days, more organic and joyfully teasing as Oshun does...

Okay. so...I'm a little ticked off. Somehow my internet mysteriously disappeared. Apparently it's working fine, the modem and IP address are fine, my service provider has no clue why I'm not connected. There's no explanation for why I cannot go to any website. None. At. All.

Ok...i will admit it made me a little tingly watching this video...in bad and good ways. What can I say, some part of me still likes the darkness and I still have witchiness in my blood (would give you the bio but advised myself against it). The video already looks highly ritualistic and ominous. Notice the little freeze frame commentary: "where are we? underground?....jay runs the mob....Rihanna: Queen of the Underground...Jay's incognito but why?" and of course the close up of Kanye's LEFT EYE which they actually made all the more obvious by pointing it out lol. Many erotic dance instructors, who’ve often taught their moves privately, credit actress Sheila Kelley’s S Factor, the cardio workouts inspired by striptease and pole-dancing, for bringing the naughty moves out in the open, attracting celebrities such as Desperate Housewives’ Teri Hatcher. Crunch, a fitness chain with 21 gyms in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and San Francisco that offers innovative classes such as Kardio Kombat, Hip-Hop Cowgirl and Whipped — featuring a patent-leather-wearing, thigh-high boot-strutting, whip-carrying instructor — started offering a Cardio Striptease class in L.A. four years ago when an instructor got inspired by a member who would show up for step classes in fishnet stockings and 4-inch heels. Now it’s offered in all the gyms and, according to Kendell Hogan, a group fitness director for Crunch, it’s “been the only ‘specialty class’ that has stayed on the schedule longer than three to six months because of the high demand.”

When Latin diva Shakira used some belly dancing moves in a music video a few years back, young women began flocking to classes to learn that ancient, and sensual, Middle Eastern dance form.

“For many women, they really want to experience themselves as a sexual, feminine woman. There are a lot of professional women who are just dying to be sexy,” says Catherine Rose, 40, a longtime stripper who teaches pole- and lap-dancing classes in the San Francisco Bay Area. After her classes, “people say to me, ‘I feel so much sexier with my partner. I feel I’m more in my body.’”

Says Wendy Reardon, one of the few people teaching pole-dancing in New England, the classes offer women a chance to do something just for themselves.

“It’s daring, it’s kind of spicy and exciting but safe,” says Reardon of Quincy, Mass., who put herself through graduate school by working as a stripper. Dancing in strip clubs taught her as much as her grad classes. “It really gives you self-esteem up there. I never had the best body, but guys, from L.A. to London, like all shapes and sizes. As long as you have confidence, no matter what you look like, you can do it.”

That’s ultimately the message Reardon and other exotic dance teachers hope to pass on to their students. For many who take the sensuality-fueled classes, that’s exactly what they get out of it, along with some unexpected benefits as well.

“It’s kind of a gal’s night out,” says Jennifer Solow, 41, a San Francisco Bay Area author and the former editor of Core, The Dirty Magazine for Smart People, who’s taken many erotic dance and pole dance classes. “It’s a place to root for each other. … You go to a pole dancing class and it’s an intimate exchange with another person. It goes beyond just an exercise class. You become vulnerable to other people. At the end of the class, you feel you’ve made a great connection with another human being.”

“They all bond,” says Reardon. “They all look at each other and they’re proud of each other.”

For Alena Taylor, 24, a Boston receptionist who says she’s wrestled with body and self-esteem issues, learning how to move her body like a stripper has been a “mini-dream fulfilled.”

“The other people in my life noticed very quickly that I had more confidence in everything that I did. I practiced the ‘walk’ when walking down the street, and treated myself as I should — a beautiful woman. The most important thing I learned was to love myself, and they’ll love me too. Most guys don’t care if you have a couple extra bulges. It means you’re healthy, you’re real and you don’t starve yourself,” Taylor says.
“I do view myself differently now. Even though I still feel like I have weight issues, dancing … in front of anybody makes me really happy.”

Janine Anderson, a 35-year-old mother of two and administrative assistant from Hanson, Mass., was in therapy struggling with weight issues and a low sex drive when she reluctantly signed up for Reardon’s class. She says the classes helped her learn to let go more than therapy did. “When I became a mom, I lost a huge part of myself,” Anderson says. “I found that part of me again when it was just me alone and not someone’s daughter-sister-wife-employee-mother. And she is beautiful, and damn if she doesn’t walk with a little strut now.”

Letting go of fear, judgment and misconceptions are the biggest hurdles for many women, even for something like belly dancing. “People worry that they’ll have to show their belly, or that you have to already be coordinated or that it’s just a dance of seduction,” says Aruna, a former personal trainer and author who worked, as Karen Andes, with Cher to create the “Body Confidence” DVD. Now she co-owns a belly dance studio in Northern California. “It can be, but it doesn’t have to be.”

Because most erotic classes are held in dance studios, gyms and health clubs where the emphasis is on movement, the “strip” part of the striptease classes is, well, a tease. There’s no nudity at all, and often barely a revealed thong. But for Diane Greenberg, a former stripper who has been leading “The Sacred Art of the Striptease” classes throughout California for 10 years, going all the way is an integral part of stripping, and therefore an option she wants women to explore — if they want.

“Why (go bare)? I would say, why not? Someone may want to know, how do I take my panties off? It’s a full class, it’s not just a woo-woo-woo class,” says Greenberg, who is one of a few, if not the only one, in Northern California who offers the totally bare option. “When I open my legs, I am offering my own sacred center. It’s to change the culture and the context of what might have been considered taboo and nasty … to choice.”

Sacred or not, not all think striptease, pole-dancing and other erotic classes are the best way for women to feel good about themselves.

Says Janet Lever, a professor of sociology at Cal State University in Los Angeles, author and former Glamour sex columnist, women who take erotic classes to boost their confidence “are just kidding themselves. It’s still about pleasing their man. Let him strip and dance, and they can run track for exercise and feeling good about their bodies!”

Author Pepper Schwartz, who co-wrote the Glamour sex column with Lever and is a professor of sociology at the University of Washington in Seattle, disagrees. “Most of us are really alienated from our bodies, and from feeling sexual in our bodies,” she says. “Women are so stressed about body issues. Anything that’s playful and that helps them use their bodies really is for the good. There’s a reason strippers use those movements. They’re sexy.”

And natural enough that even a feminist can embrace them. ”I came from a feminist, anti-porno, anti-objectification background,” says Rose. “Stepping into a powerful sexual archetype connects us to this vibrant essential part of life called sexuality. It is both infectious and inspiring.”

You can be a feminist and still strip, Rose says, because “exotic dancing, on our own terms, in a respectful environment, is empowering when we do it for ourselves.”

But that doesn’t mean the benefits end with just the women.

Lonnie Green, an intimacy counselor in Northern California who has often hired Greenberg to work one-on-one with clients, says striptease classes give women permission to let go.

A woman who’s in touch with the pleasure of her own body can bring that energy into her intimate relationships and revitalize them, Green says.

“We have had phone calls from husbands saying that this is the best thing that has ever happened to their marriage — not because of their sex life, but because their wives are happier and taking more control of their lives,” says Anita Ammon, who has been offering erotic dance workouts since January at Xpose Fitness in Baltimore, Md. “When a woman is happy, all things are possible. There is more interest in pleasing others when they are pleased. Sexuality is not just kept to the bedroom — it permeates all aspects of a woman’s life.”

And, of course, in the bedroom, too. “When you feel sexy, desirable and in control,” says Ammon, “don’t you want to have sex?”

Of course Disney promotes it to young girls, via sexy Esmerelda (yeah, she was my fave Disney character and the "Hell Fire" succubus song the dirty priest sings [who Disney think they foolin?] was extra bangin and you know it...best Disney scene ever IMO)

With Cat programming and other dehumanizing mind frames (she wolf, for example), it is made appealing to everyday women as we've all been collectively programmed to believe that we must acknowledge and accept our "animal instincts" and that religion (mostly, they really want to just say God) represses our instincts....this is a powerful spell over the people that has lead many to dismiss God and spirituality, instead accepting "oh I'm nothing more than an animal, so I have to be fierce and carnal and violent and hump everything in sight"...it's become common in everyday language to refer to being "a beast!", "an animal in bed", etc....this is absurd! i feel that the beautiful thing about being human is having control of these instincts and having morality and spirituality. Animals do not have this. If we were meant to just be animals, wouldn't God have made us so? Why reduce ourselves to species lower than ourselves? Sounds backwards to me. I feel that, for the means of specific traumatic programming, one's handlers must find it wonderful to create a split minded human, especially a female, who views themself as an animal in order to have no conflict of conscience or perception of right and wrong as they are raped and pimped out.

With Doll programming (which, i feel goes in hand with robot programming which I'll maybe go in for the next part of this series I feel this will turn into), it reduces the female into an assembly of body parts to be used and later trashed, disposable....and, once trashed, down the assembly line or pulled from the shelf comes another one. These manufactured women, especially celebrities, present an image embedded in any particularly male minds that women are a dime a dozen, easily bought and replaced. It is also common to refer to the human as a machine (gavin Rossdale quickly comes to mind, as many of his songs refer to himself being a machine or his woman being one [i.e. "warm machine", "machinehead"]...will mention specific lyrics and such next time)
